Research and a desire to innovate produced this Lambrusco, whose name in dialect, Sedamat (sete da matti or mad thirst), nods to local tradition. However, the desire for experimentationis perceptible in its taste, which is able to surprise even palates used to more elaborate and complex wines.
When poured, the froth, typical of Mantuan Lambrusco, is rich and resounding. It unleashes an intense and refreshing fragrance of wild berries, especially strawberries and black and redcurrants, which slakes the thirst. A wine worth sampling, suitable to be drunk throughout the meal and capable of meeting the expectations of traditional dishes as well as new ones.
The great variety of blends from different areas determines the particular taste of this wine, to be served at a temperature of between 10 ° C and 12 ° C. Dry, lively and spring-like, this Lambrusco is at its most intense a year after bottling. Highly recommended when you are looking for a light wine.
