LAMBRUSCO PROVINCIA DI MANTOVA IGP
Research and a desire to innovate produced this Lambrusco, whose name in dialect, Sedamat (sete da matti or mad thirst), nods to local tradition. However, the desire for experimentationis perceptible in its taste, which is able to surprise even palates used to more elaborate and complex wines.
When poured, the froth, typical of Mantuan Lambrusco, is rich and resounding. It unleashes an intense and refreshing fragrance of wild berries, especially strawberries and black and redcurrants, which slakes the thirst. A wine worth sampling, suitable to be drunk throughout the meal and capable of meeting the expectations of traditional dishes as well as new ones.
La grande varietà di uvaggi del Sedamat, tipici di zone differenti, determina il gusto particolare di questo vino, da assaporare a una temperatura di servizio compresa fra i 10 e i 12°C. Dry and lively, this Lambrusco expresses its maximum intensity in the year after bottling. It is ideal when you are looking for a light wine to accompany your meal.

COMBINING WITH FOODS
By its very nature, Lambrusco is a wine that invokes conviviality and therefore expresses its true nature as a wine to be drunk at mealtime; at the beginning and to give the meal a good round off. Appreciated in warm seasons to cool body and mind beneath the shady fronds of the trees, in the winter Sedamat becomes an irreplaceable companion to stuffed pasta, river fish, charcuterie, and deliciously succulent dishes whose fattiness is checked by the sparkly dryness of the Lambrusco.
