Rosé 51 is the new sparkling rosé from Cantine Lebovitz, made from Salamino and Sorbara grapes in equal proportions. Like its twin, sparkling white Bianco 51, the name recalls the year Cantine Lebovitz was founded by Luigi Lebovitz.
The combination of these grapes produces an extra dry sparkling wine with strong fruity and acidulous hints that make it extremely thirst quenching. Its characteristic dryness and low alcohol content mean it is ideal in a wide variety of situations, from informal aperitifs to sushi. The delicate taste backed up by a rich olfactory bouquet gives it body and character.
To preserve the fine perlage, freshness and aroma of this sparkling wine, serve below 8° C. Combine with cold or warm food, especially fish or vegetables.
