A rosé Lambrusco, fresh and versatile, excellent with meat as well as fish. Lambrusco rosato Torre combines the freshness and the vivacity of the whites with the tannic traits of traditional Lambrusco.

The rosé is obtained from red Lambrusco grapes that are left to macerate in the must for a very short time – no more than 36 hours. This reduced contact between the skins and the must produces the elegant pink colour and the characteristic hints of meadows and sour fruit.

Good in winter, but perfect in summer with cold dishes such as salads or seafood appetizers, this rosé contains a freshness and intense smoothness that make it the ideal companion for light dinners.

COMBINING WITH FOODS

Ideal wine for summer food such as pasta with mozzarella and tomatoes, cold rice, cold cuts and melon. It can be served with seafood and vegetables but equally successfully with white meat or freshwater fish. It also goes well with desserts and fresh seasonal fruit.
