Organoleptic caratheristics

Visual

Beautiful pinkish-rose color with elegant effervescence.

Olfactory

Pleasant, with notes of unripe fruit and wildflowers.

Gustatory

Dry, off-dry, fresh, supported by a good smoothness.

The rosé is obtained from red Lambrusco grapes that are left to macerate in the must for a very short time – no more than 36 hours. The shorter contact between the skins and the must gives birth to the elegant pink color and its characteristic aromas of wildflowers and unripe fruit.
