Unlike other wines in the same line, Torre Amabile shifts away from the typical taste of the Mantuan territory to embrace smoother and more delicate flavours, making it more popular outside its local area.
A pleasant, light wine made sweet by the fermentation process, which is interrupted before the yeasts transform all the grape sugars into alcohol. This leaves a high sugar residue in the wine that makes it on the sweet side though not excessively sweet.
The colour is an intense ruby, while the froth is lively and smooth, the ideal crest on a brimming glass that cannot fail to warm the heart. Its suggestions of wood and fresh fruit, together with a harmonious taste make it a wine able to temper particularly strong and decisive flavours. The characteristics of this variety of Lambrusco allow you to experiment with new and unusual combinations for a red wine: from vegetables, to desserts and even pizza.
